The Help At Home Program offers essential in-home support for seniors and disabled adults, aiming to enhance their quality of life by maintaining independence.

· Personal Care – Helps with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring that individuals receive assistance with fundamental needs.

· Respite Care – Provides in-home short-term care and supervision for dependent adults while providing direct relief for the caregiver.

· Attendant Care – Delivers hands-on support with daily living tasks, housekeeping, and accompaniment to appointments, tailored for those needing consistent, attentive assistance.

Eligibility is determined by the Southwest Area Agency on Aging and Disability, TennCare Choices, and Tennessee Department of Human Services.
